** What's up, Next Gen Fam!
------------------------------------------------------------
Ambitious people are obsessed with productivity. Who doesn=E2=80=99t love h=
earing about ways to save time? At Next Gen HQ, we have four favorite produ=
ctivity tips. They may be all you need!
Let's dive in!

1. Willpower matters, but it=E2=80=99s also overrated.
The key is to set up your environment so you never have to test your willpo=
wer. If you=E2=80=99re easily distracted, work with your phone out of sight=
. Hoping to read more? Remove your TV and surround yourself with books. As =
productivity guru James Clear says, =E2=80=9CPeople don=E2=80=99t rise to t=
heir goals, they fall to the level of their systems.=E2=80=9D
2. Movement creates motivation.

Parkinson=E2=80=99s Law suggests that the more you procrastinate, the large=
r a task appears to become. So, it=E2=80=99s important to never dwell on a =
task. If you=E2=80=99re unmotivated, just get started and watch your energy=
change. You=E2=80=99ll likely feel better in minutes.
3. Being busy is a form of laziness.
We feel busy when we repeatedly jump from task to task. Here=E2=80=99s a ni=
ce reframe: =E2=80=9CBeing busy is a form of laziness from not prioritizing=
.=E2=80=9D Before you start working, spend the extra minute ensuring your t=
o-do=E2=80=99s are actually the most important to-do=E2=80=99s. This extra =
minute of planning can save hours throughout the day.
4. Create MVPs (minimum viable products)
Chasing perfection can be a waste of time. Rather, complete 80% (or less) o=
f your project then get feedback to ensure you=E2=80=99re moving in the rig=
ht direction. Build a draft (an =E2=80=9CMVP=E2=80=9D), get feedback, then =
iterate. That=E2=80=99s the process!
